                    boolean neverAddBodyStructureExtensions)

Constructs an encoder for FETCH messages.

Parameters:

next - not null

neverAddBodyStructureExtensions - true to activate a workaround for broken clients who cannot parse BODYSTRUCTURE extensions, false to fully support RFC3501
